Governor Holcomb orders flags to half-staff for victims in Israel

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is ordering all state and national flags be lowered to half-staff to honor the lives lost to the violence in Israel over the weekend.
Flags are to be lowered from Monday through October 15.
