ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.- The Walkerton Heritage Museum is set to open on May 5 and will offer patrons a wide range of exhibits that illustrate local history.
The Walkerton Avenue Historical Society runs the museum, and they hope to preserve and share Walkerton's history with the community and surrounding areas.
The grand opening on May 5 is from 5-9 p.m.
The Walkerton Heritage Museum is across from the library on Roosevelt Road in Walkerton.
