Heart Failure Support Group

The Heart Failure Support Group is co-sponsored by Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital and Greencroft Retirement Communities and meets on the second Thursday of each month.
Through the Heart Failure Support Group, people with congestive heart failure and their families have the opportunity to share common experiences and concerns in a group atmosphere. Together the group explores issues and aspects of heart failure with speakers who respond to specific concerns of the participants.
