Heavy fog delays schools and drivers

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Here's a look at the heavy fog is St. Joseph County from early Tuesday morning, around 4 a.m.
Schools were delayed, as drivers were forced to navigate through this.
Temperatures are dropping, and snow is expected by late in the day on Tuesday.
