'Hello Gorgeous' helps spread the love

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- "Hello Gorgeous" helped spread the love this Valentine’s Day!

The group gave free makeovers to two women with a special bond.

Patricia was nominated by her husband, Tom, to receive the star treatment. She's battling cancer in her eye, sinuses, and lungs.

The other woman, Jane, is her daughter. She just finished chemo treatment for breast cancer.

The makeovers were a surprise to both women!

"I had no idea. I was coming here for my mother. My experience with breast cancer was last year. We were diagnosed the same week. What I like about this, it's a positive, something positive in the journey of cancer,” said Jane McLaughlin.

Both mother and daughter agree that this was the best Valentine's Day gift Tom could have given them!
