High school students take part in ride to honor fallen heroes

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Local high school seniors got to take part in a ride through South Bend Saturday afternoon honoring fallen South Bend police officers.
It's all to raise money for an FOP scholarship.
The "Thomas J. Derue Senior Memorial Scholarship" honors fallen members of South Bend police department.
The ride started at 2 p.m. and made two stops along the route.
Tickets were $20 for riders and all the funds go towards the high school seniors.
