SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The History Museum in South Bend is welcoming Mike Brown to the Rockne Speaker Series to discuss his life as a Notre Dame leprechaun. 

Mike Brown will share his journey to becoming the first Black student to serve as the Notre Dame Leprechaun, including the tryout process, his experience in one of the University’s most iconic roles.

Brown is the author of the bestselling children’s book "The Leprechaun’s Game Day at Notre Dame" and will read from the book during the event. Copies will be available for purchase.

The event will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Mar. 8 at the History Museum.
