Homicide in VanBuren County

VANBUREN COUNTY, Mich. -- Detectives are looking into a possible homicide in Bloomingdale Township.
They say a son and a family friend found his 56-year-old father dead in his home.
It happened around 2:30 Thursday morning.
Police say the family friend tried to administer CPR, then emergency responders tried the same thing and were unsuccessful.
The cause of death is not being released, but officers are calling it a homicide.
