Hostess Brands prepares to file for bankruptcy

No more Twinkies, Ding Dongs, or SnoBalls -- oh, my!

Hostess Brands, the maker of Twinkies and Wonder Bread is reportedly preparing to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

The Wall Street Journal said it could happen as soon as this week.

This would be the second significant court restructuring for Hostess, which is a privately held company.

The Wall Street Journal said the company is facing high labor costs and rising prices for ingredients, such as sugar and flour. It is also carrying a lot of debt.
