Howard Park begins offering ice skating classes

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Howard Park will start offering skating classes on Monday nights starting on Monday in South Bend.

The newly revamped South Bend park has invited first time skaters or newcomers to attend classes.

The park says that the layout is much different now compared to the ice skating trail that lasted until 2018, and offers a fresh experience even for people who have skated there in the past.

Each hour-long class will begin at 5:30 p.m. and is free with the cost of park admission.
