SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Howard Park is celebrating the New Year with a Drone Light Show and ice skating on Dec. 31. 

Guests of all ages are invited to glide through the ice trail, enjoy music from a live DJ, and witness a one-of-a-kind New Year’s Eve drone light show.

The drone light show will count down to 7:00 p.m. for the early New Yar's Eve celebration. The best spot to see the show will be near the Ice Trail and Pond. 

The celebration begins at 6:00 p.m. with hot cocoa and a DJ.  After the drone lights show a countdown to 7:00 p.m., a second DJ session at 8:00 p.m.

NYE Skate Sessions are at 10 a.m., 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8 p.m. Skate tickets are seven dollars for youth aged three to seventeen and ten dollars for adults.
