Howard Park to host Out & Proud arts and crafts market

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Howard Park will host over 20 local artisans November 7 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.
The arts and crafts market will be held inside the Howard Park meeting rooms and will feature local artists who are either a member of or a supporter of the LGBTQ community.
This free event is presented by TREES (Transgender Resource, Education & Enrichment Services) in support of Trans Awareness Month.
