Humane Society of St. Joseph County participates in Giving Tuesday
Humane Society of St. Jospeh County MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Giving Tuesday a day when our community comes together to create hope and second chances for animals who have nowhere else to turn.
A generous donor is matching the first $6,375 in Giving Tuesday gifts, doubling your impact for shelter pets.
Every dollar you give for Giving Tuesday will work twice as hard to provide real, essential care for animals in need. Your generosity helps cover the actual daily expenses that keep the Humane Society of St. Joseph County's doors open to every dog and cat who needs them.
Donation breakdowns include $20 vaccines or critical diagnostic tests, $25 feeds 40 dogs or 67 cats one meal, $36 is one full day of shelter, safety, and care, $60 lifesaving lab work, $110 to $120 helps spay/neuter surgeries that prevent future homelessness, and $300 for heartworm treatment for a dog.
