Hundreds of bikers support Sarah Strong

ELKHART, Ind.-- Hundreds of bikers gathered at Hoosier Harley Davidson to support Sarah Crane. They raised almost $10,000 for the Elkhart teen who is battling stage four colon cancer.

The bikers all wore purple to show support for Sarah Strong.

Nicki Schumacher said, “The family is going through so much. They need all the help and support that they can get. So we said to our guys let’s do this ride, and they looked at us like we are absolutely crazy.”

Schumacher said the turnout was amazing.

The bike run went by Sarah's high school, and through the fruit hills in Bristol.

Organizers hope the money raised will help ease the Crane's financial burden during this difficult time.

Sarah’s dad took to Facebook recently and said Sarah continues to fight.

And even though her body is weak, her spirit remains strong.
