INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) said that they will resume administrative penalty fees beginning July 1.
Every motorist has until this date to renew their expired driver’s licenses, permits, state identification cards, and vehicle registrations to avoid paying any administrative fee.
The fees were initially waived on March 16 after branches across the state were shut down due the COVID-19 pandemic.
The BMV established for a period of leniency for anyone who does not have access to their services.
Transactions can be made online via electronic check, using checking account and routing numbers.
You can also set up an appointment with the Indiana BMV on the Indiana Government’s website.
