IOSHA to release report on deadly Indiana State Fair stage collapse

INDIANAPOLIS -- This week, IOSHA will release its report on the deadly stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair.

The briefing is Wednesday at the statehouse.

IOSHA will go over its findings and any safety orders issued as a result.

Seven people died on Aug. 13 in the collapse.

Dozens more were hurt, including a Mishawaka woman.

The State of Indiana also hired two independent companies to review the collapse and emergency response.
