Irish spirit and love in the air outside Notre Dame stadium

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Love was in the air at Saturday's Notre Dame game.
Two Notre Dame alumni got engaged the night before the first home game of the season.
David Anderson proposed to Christine Treza under the sparkling light of the golden dome Friday night and Saturday family and friends came to the tailgate to celebrate.
"I'm super excited and I really hope the Irish win so it's a perfect end to a perfect weekend," said Christine Treza, recently engaged ND Alum.
"I'm relieved because I don't have to do anything anymore. She's got the ring, now it's all her," said her fiancee, David Anderson, also a ND Alum.
There is no date to save for the wedding just yet!
