It’s time to name the leopard cubs at Potawatomi Zoo

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -

The Amur leopard cubs at the Potawatomi Zoo are still nameless as they approach their first birthdays.

So, the zoo in partnership with the South Bend Cubs will hold a naming contest.

The zoo has selected eight names for the public to vote on: Addison, Avanti, Belle, Brizzo, Fergie, Ivy, Kris, and Loni.

You can help select the final the final two names on the zoo’s website by donating to vote.

The zoo says all of the funds raised will help to support Amur leopard conservation in the wild and at the park.

Voting will begin May 21st and end June 21st.

The two winning names will be announced on July 1st, when the South Bend Cubs visit the zoo.
