Jets still grounded at Indy airport despite Irene aftermath

Irene forced dozens of jets to find safe harbor in Indy at the international airport.
Director says the worst appears to be over, but several flights are still grounded.
While service to the Southeast has begun, the Northeast is still a no-go right now.
