Joe Biden sparks controversy during speech, draws GOP remarks

Mitt Romney wrapped up his multi-state bus tour with a victory rally in Ohio.

He stood in front about 5,400 people at a county courthouse and called President Obama's campaign "angry and desperate."

Romney also pledged to help create 12 million new jobs and bring better take-home pay for middle class families meanwhile, Vice President Joe Biden is raising eyebrows again.

Biden said Romney’s policies on regulation would enable the banking and financial sectors to quote "put you all back in chains."

That remark drew immediate criticism from Romney’s campaign and the GOP. They called it "a new low."

President Obama's deputy campaign manager called the Romney campaign's outrage "hypocritical.”
