SOUTH BEND, Ind.— School officials are responding to a potential threat made against John Adams High School Tuesday morning.
At approximately 9:13 a.m. a threatening message was found written on a bathroom stall stating that an event would happen at the school on Friday morning.
A student reported the event to staff following its discovery.
“We take all threats seriously. The building has been carefully searched by law enforcement and will be monitored closely. We will remain vigilant in our pursuit of student safety and encourage everyone to remain vigilant. We ask that you speak with your child about sharing any safety concerns and ask you to monitor their social media presence, ” says Principal Seitz.
