Key provision in health care law delayed

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Obama administration delayed a key provision of Obamacare for a year.
The employer mandate requires companies with 50 or more workers to provide health insurance or face fines.
It was put on hold after business owners expressed some concern.
The administration wants to simpifly the requirements to make it less confusing.
