Kosciusko County teen's murder conviction overturned

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- At just 14 years old, Paul Gingerich is serving an adult sentence.
He murdered a friend's step-dad. Tuesday, a state court of appeals overturned his adult conviction. Gingerich was only 12 years old when he and a teenage friend shot and killed Phillip Danner.
A judge sentenced him to 25 years behind bars, but now his case will head back to juvenile court.
