Lake City Skiers place second at regional tournament for third year in a row

WARSAW, Ind. -- Lake City Skiers competed at the annual Central Region Tournament last weekend and brought home a second place win for the third year in a row.
Lake City Skiers will also be hosting the 2026 Central Region Show Ski Tournament next July, as announced in the Central Region meeting.
Two LCS members were voted into the Central Region Board including Jeremy Ameen as President and Randy Patrick as Central Region Representative.
The President's Award and Best Event Host was awarded to the Lake City Skiers by the National Show Ski Association two years in a row at The Ski Show Podcast Awards.
The team performs ski stunts with a themed show at Hidden Lake in Warsaw on Sundays and Tuesdays throughout the summer.
The shows begin at 6:30 pm and last about one hour. Shows are free to the public and there is bleacher seating for 1,500 people or spectators are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
Concessions are also available at the site and there is free parking.
