Lakeville Fire Chief honored with Heart of Hoosier Award

LAKEVILLE, Ind.- State Representative Jake Teshka presented Lakeville Fire Chief Ben Kane with the Heart of a Hoosier Award, honoring Kane's leadership and 23 years of service with the volunteer fire department.

The newly-created award recognizes and celebrates outstanding individuals and local businesses which model kindness, courage and thoughtfulness, in addition to transformative involvement in House District 7.
