Lamar construction plant could be evicted

A Michigan construction company could now be getting evicted.
Owners of a building that housed Lamar construction want them to vacate the premises.
Last week the construction company closed it's doors leaving hundreds in Michigan without jobs.
As of July 1st Lamar owed nearly 50,000 dollars in back rent and late fees according to court documents.
The same company helped build the Inn at Harbor Shores.
