Large woods fire off Fillmore Road in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – St. Joseph County Dispatch has confirmed a fire in a wooded area near the 24000 block of Fillmore Road.
A call came in at 4:10 p.m. concerning the incidents.
Fire units are currently on scene of the fire and police are helping with traffic control.
Dispatch reported there is likely no danger to the house located nearby.
