Lawn toy badly burns Ohio 2-year-old

ATHENS COUNTY, Ohio -- A toddler in Ohio was badly burned after a lawn toy he was riding on caught fire.
A witness said he say the boy's father grab him from the burning toy and use a rug to estinquish the child's clothing.
According to investigators, the fire was sparked by a battery.
