Police say a Leesburg man got caught "red-handed" this morning trying to steal catalytic converters!
The owner of Holle's Wrecker Service called police around 1:30 this morning, after he found 31-year-old Cory Riggins breaking into his impound lot.
Police say they found a cutting torch and a tank inside Riggins' car, along with meth, hydrocodone, and amoxicillin.
Riggins faces burglary and drug charges.
