Liquor sales up on New Year's Eve

NAPPANEE, Ind. -- The Nappanee dispatch center is closing down and becoming a part of the Elkhart County 911 Center in Goshen.
The reason the two centers are becoming one is because a new state law limits counties to just two centers after 2014.
Two people are expected to lose their jobs.
