Local museums offer dads free admission

SOUTH BEND — The Studebaker National Museum and Center for History celebrated Father's Day by offering all dads free admission if they brought their kids along.

One of the many exhibits families explored was the Art of the Automobile exhibit. It presents the automobile as an artistic medium.

There was also a 1950 Studebaker Champion presented as an airplane.

"Every year we have Father's Day free," said weekend supervisor Harriet Shock. "So this way the fathers can come in and enjoy everything that we have to offer along with their families."
