Lt. Gov. Skillman's mission trip to Japan delayed

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.--The typhoon hitting Japan has delayed a trade mission trip.

It's headed by Indiana’s Lieutenant Governor, Becky Skillman. She and a group of government and business leaders were supposed to fly to Tokyo Tuesday, but the typhoon is expected to make landfall this afternoon.

They're working to find later flights for the group. Japanese companies employ more than 38,000 Hoosiers.
