Man accused of branding kids

RANDOLPH COUNTY, Ind. -- An Indiana dad is accused of branding three children with a necklace medallion.
28-year-old Jason Mangas is charged with neglect.
According to Randolph County court documents, he heated a necklace medallion on a space heater, then placed it on their bodies.
The Star Press reports Mangas' 8-year-old daughter told him she wanted a tattoo.
