Man accused of killing Benito Bueno arraigned, ordered held without bond

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The man who is accused of shooting and killing Benito Bueno outside Bar Louie in June 2017 is being held without bond at the St. Joseph County Jail.

Oscar Orozco, 40, was arrested on a warrant for murder and firearm sentencing enhancement in Chicago on Saturday February 16.

He was held in the Cook County Jail until he was transported to St. Joseph County on March 1.

Orozco was arraigned Monday and bond was denied.

His next hearing is scheduled for March 13.
