Man arrested for buying drugs from undercover officers

Investigators say 33-year-old, James Welsh bought meth and Xanax from undercover officers. They say it happened back in March.
He was brought back to Goshen from an Ohio jail.
Welsh is locked up in Kosciusko County this morning. He's being held on a $50,000 bond.
