MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A 50-year-old man was arrested for driving while over three times the legal limit of alcohol on Sunday around 7:30 p.m. 

The man was identified as Mark J. Pierce of Waseca, Minn.

A 911 caller told Marshall County Central Dispatch that Pierce was all over the roadway and unable to maintain the speed limit on U.S. 30.

Pearce was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a chemical test where he was found to be just over three times the legal limit to drive a vehicle after consuming alcohol. 

He was then taken to the Marshall County Jail on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated which is a Class A Misdemeanor.

Pearce was issued a $1505 bond.
