St. Joseph County Police Department SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department announced Tuesday that it arrested a 46-year-old man after he failed to appear on felony Theft charges in St. Joseph County Monday.
The 46-year-old, Jerry Smalley, was arrested on multiple warrants in the 1800 block of Werwinski Street in South Bend Monday.
Warrants for Smalley's arrest included his alleged Failure to Appear on two felony Theft charges and an additional felony Theft warrant issued in St. Joseph County.
