Man charged with public indecency for allegedly fondling himself outside hospital

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A homeless man was arrested for allegedly fondling himself while sitting on a bench outside the main entrance to Memorial Hospital, according to court records.

Antone Mayfield has been charged with criminal trespass and public indecency.

On July 8, Memorial Hospital security officers received a call from the valet manager who reported seeing Mayfield sitting on a bench outside the main entrance with his genitals exposed, according to the probable cause affidavit.

The man was fondling himself, the report said.

Mayfield had previously been trespassed from Memorial Hospital.
