ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Around 6 a.m. Monday, Elkhart Police were called to the 2700 block of Emerson Drive for assistance with a medical call.

According to police, a man was in a dumpster was dumped into a garbage truck.

We tried to gather additional information about the incident.

Police said because it was a medical call, no police report was filed.

We tried getting information from the fire department, but they didn't have a report either.

We contacted the owners of the dumpsters behind the building, but it is unclear which dumpster the man was inside when the incident happened.
