Man hospitalized after rollover crash, hitting utility pole in St. Joseph County

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- Medics rushed one man to Memorial Hospital after he hit a pole and flipped his car in St. Joe County.

It happened just before 11 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of New and Ironwood.

Police say the male driver crashed his car into a utility pole, flipped his car causing a power outage. There is word yet on the driver’s condition or what caused the accident.

AEP said power has been restored and the wires are back up. The road is back open and the pole should be replaced Thursday night.
