Man injured after falling out of the bed in a pickup truck

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – Cass County Sherriff’s Department has reported a personal injury crash Sunday morning at around 4 a.m. on Hoffman St. near Kirk Lake Rd. in Newburg Township.

21-year-old Santanna Mosher of Marcellus, was traveling southbound on Cox Rd. though the curve onto Hoffman St. when the passenger Bryan Parson 28-years-old fell out of the bed of the truck.

Parson was treated for his injuries by Newburg Ambulance and transported to Bronson Hospital.

Assisting on the scene were Newburg Fire Department, Newberg Ambulance, and Life Care Ambulance.

Speed and Alcohol are believed to have played a factor.

This crash still remains under investigation.
