ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A 31-year-old Lakeville man has been sentenced to five years in prison for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor after he pleaded guilty.

Logan Patrick, the 31-year-old man, was originally charged with three counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as Level 4 Felonies.

Patrick entered a guilty plea agreement on Wednesday, Jan. 28, pleading guilty to one count while the other two got dismissed.

Patrick has been sentenced to five years in prison and two years of probation. He must register as a sex offender for 10 years.
