Man shot and killed near Indianapolis Motor Speedway

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- One man is dead after being shot in a parking lot near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Saturday morning.
Police said the victim was 25-year-old Max Levine of Kokomo.
Police also arrested 19-year-old Avory Johnson on murder charges in connection with the shooting.
