UPDATE: Hannah has been located.

ORIGINAL STORY:

An Indiana family is asking for help finding their teenage daughter, after she went missing from her family's home in Medaryville on Saturday night. 

Hannah Smolek, 15, is 5'11, with dirty blonde hair with dark roots, a pierced nose and a small scar through her eyebrow. She was last seen wearing the outfit in this photo - black leggings and a black and cream striped shirt. 

According to Smolek's uncle, her family believes that Hannah was home until at least 1am Sunday morning.
