ABC57 has been tracking issues like flooding, mold, bed bugs, and no heat or hot water – at several local complexes. Many tenants feel hopeless with out-of-town landlords who can be difficult to track down.
This afternoon the St. Joseph County public library hosted an event offering free legal advice for housing and eviction related issues.
ABC57’s Ryan Jaghab was there and spoke to some residents about why they are seeking legal advice.
