Michigan lotto winner who stayed on food stamps found dead

LINCOLN PARK, Mich. – The Michigan lottery winner who admitted to still receiving food stamps was found dead over the weekend.

Amanda Clayton,25, won $1 million with the Michigan State Lotto. She raised eyebrows after revealing she was still receiving food-stamps.

Police said she was found dead in her Michigan home Saturday. They suspect she died of an overdose.

An autopsy is pending.
