Motorcyclist killed in crash with horse

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a horse on County Road 35 Thursday morning, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies identified the motorcyclist as 45-year-old John Bryan of Bristol.
According to reports, the horse got out of its owner’s property before it was hit.
The horse survived with minor injuries.
Bryan was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
