Muncie woman arrested for driving with .5 blood alcohol level

MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie woman accused of driving while extremely drunk is in jail. Police say her blood alcohol level was .5, which is more than six times the legal limit.

According to the Star-Press, police arrested 43-year-old Kimberly Sandridge after she drove through a yard, hit a parked car and nearly struck police officers.

Officers say she couldn't stand and was foaming at the mouth at the time of her arrest.
