Neighbors react to hit-and-run involving four cars and a school bus

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man was arrested after a hit-and-run accident that involved and school bus and three parked vehicles at the intersection of 34th Street and Hastings Street in South Bend.

Police say Ronald Underwood Jr. was driving his truck well over the speed limit as the accident happened just before 8 a.m. on Wednesday.

No injuries were reported from this hit-and-run incident.

A neighbor in the area says speeding and running stop signs has been an ongoing problem in the area.

Police say Underwood was charged with leaving the scene of a crash and drug possession.
