New court justice takes oath

The newest member of the Indiana Supreme Court was sworn into office!
Mark Massa took the oath on Monday morning during a private ceremony.
The 51-year-old was once chief council to Gov. Mitch Daniels.
He replaces former Chief Justice Randall Shepard who retired last month.
The Indiana Judicial nominating Commission will select a new chief justice.
